Appointments and eye care

Do you accept walk-in patients?

Currently do to COVID-19 procedures we do not accept walk-ins of any kind. All visits including eyeglass pick ups must be scheduled in advance. This allows us to better protect our patients and staff. Thank you.

What should I do if I abruptly lose vision or sustain an eye injury?

Please call emergency services (911) or go to your nearest hospital.

Do I have to get my eyes dilated when I come in for an appointment?

Beckley Vision Center is proud to offer Optomap retinal imaging as an alternative to traditional dilation services for an additional charge. Pleas note some conditions will still require dilation drops.

Eyeglasses and contact lenses

Can I purchase frames and or lenses if my prescription is not from Beckley Vision Center?

We accept all outside lens prescriptions and offer frames for everyday and sports use to all patients and outside customers.

Do you offer prescription sunglasses?

We offer full lines of prescription sunglasses and transition lenses.

What types of contacts do you offer?

We have all varieties of contacts, including daily wear, extended wear, glass, soft, astigmatism, and yes even vanity lenses.

What do I do if my eyeglasses become loose or need adjusted?

Please call 304-252-1299 to schedule an appointment with our skilled professionals to see if an adjustment can be made in house or if further repair is needed.

During normal situations you can walk-in for this type of correction but to protect our staff and patients from COVID-19 we are requiring appointments for all corrections.
